Job Description
- Co-ordination with design architect for delivery of drawings.
- Preparation and checking of sanction drawings.
- Preparing and maintaining drawing register for all drawings received.
- Helping with environmental clearance of projects; this includes co-ordination and understanding the area calculations and sanction drawings and providing specific details to consultant appointed for clearance.
- Preparing drawings for site co-ordination and other details not prepared by architect.
Desire Candidate Profile:
B Arch with 3-5 years of experience as a Architect.
Excellent oral/written language communication skills.
Residing in or nearby Hinjewadi/Wakad/Baner preferred.
2. Accountant
Experience: 4-5 years
Location: Pacific Mall, Shankar Sheth Road, Pune
Education: CA/ Inter- CA
